Which payment methods does Autoholly accept?

We typically send invoices for payment via bank transfer. However, wealso accept all major credit cards. Please let us know if you prefer to pay bycredit card instead of bank transfer.

When do I pay for the transportation?

After successful delivery, you’ll receive an invoice with a 7-day payment term.

How and when will I receive my invoice?

Your invoice will be available in your Autoholly account shortly after placing your transport order.


Transportation Process

How long does vehicle delivery typically take?

Delivery times vary depending on the specific route and distance. You’ll receive an estimated delivery window with your quote.

How will I receive updates about my transport?

You’ll receive email notifications and can also track your transport status online through your Autoholly account.

What do the transport status terms 'To Be Planned', 'Preplanned' and 'Planned' mean?

To Be Planned: Your transport order has been received but not yet scheduled.
Preplanned: Your order is scheduled, awaiting final route confirmation.
Planned: Pickup and delivery dates are confirmed.

What do the transport status terms 'Awaiting Quote', 'Booked', 'On Hold', 'In 'transit' and 'Delivered‘ mean?

Awaiting Quote: Your request has been received and we are working on your order already.
Booked: Your order has been assigned to a transport partner and is in the means of being picked up.
On Hold: There is an issue with your load, a specified reasoning is visible in the portal.
In transit: Your vehicle has been picked up and is in transit to it’s destination.
Delivered: Your vehicle has been delivered.

What should I do if there is a delay in pickup or delivery?

If delays occur on your end (e.g., the vehicle isn’t ready for pickup on the agreed date), please contact us immediately by phone or email to holly@autoholly.com. We’ll work together to find the best possible solution.

How does vehicle drop-off coordination work?

Autoholly directly coordinates with your specified drop-off location to ensure a seamless handover.

What should I do if my vehicle isn’t delivered as scheduled?

In the unlikely event your vehicle won’t arrive by the scheduled delivery date, you’ll hear from us before the date arrives. Generally, you won’t need to take any action yourself. However, if you haven’t heard from us after the scheduled delivery date and your vehicle has not yet arrived, please reach out to us right away by calling +45 3059 3084 or sending an email holly@autoholly.com. We’ll immediately look into the matter.

How can I confirm the exact arrival time of the transporter?

For the latest arrival updates, please contact us, and we’ll provide real-time information from our driver.

How much fuel or charge does my vehicle need for transport?

Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient fuel or battery charge to cover at least 100 km upon pickup.
